New Delhi, Mar 30(ANI): Tennis sensation Sania Mirza and her family got their Pakistan visa on Tuesday, and would be leaving for Pakistan shortly to meet former cricket captain Shoib Malik and his family. According to reports, Sania and her mother, Nasima Mirza, went to the Pakistan High Commission to get the formalities done and collect their visa.“We have got our visa. We are happy. Now that we have got the visa, we will be traveling to Pakistan,” Nasima said. Sania Mirza is to marry Shoaib Malik and a formal wedding reception has been scheduled within a month.
After the marriage, the couple will be based in Dubai, where Shoaib is a resident. Sania will continue to play tennis once she recovers fully from the wrist injury that has marred her career in the recent past. Yestarday, Sania told mediapersons that her marriage will be the biggest day of her life.
Sania also hopes to be fully fit to represent India in the Commonwealth and Asian Games that are scheduled for later this year. (ANI)
